3 days of our 6 day program are full body strength based sessions, these are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. In these classes we cover a range of different movements aiming to educate our members how to lift correctly and move well inside and outside of the gym. Building overall strength is the main focus of this class.
Conditioning focused
The other 3 days of our 6 day program are conditioning focused sessions, these are Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. In these classes we aim increase cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance by using a range of different tactics and styles of training such as Interval weight training and Energy System Development training .
